Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Refund Process:

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
