Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.
